Hi, I'm Brendan Lawler

As founder of The Legion Of Lawler, unleashing the inner warrior is my specialty. Some may recognize me as the “Crazy Tough Mudder Guy” who’s completed over 15 obstacle course races, pushing my body to the extremes through mud, freezing water, and jolts of electricity, all while having a smile on my face.

What fuels my grit through the grime and adversity?

I was once severely overweight and battling addiction, struggling to reclaim the energy and strength I had lost. At my lowest point, I knew something had to change or else I wasn’t going to be around for much longer. 

Since confronting that all-time low, health and resilience have become my top priorities - proving boundaries can be shattered through self-belief. I’ve competed in some difficult Tough Mudder races, dialing in physical training with mind/body awareness and proving that limits are only made up in our own minds. 

Most proudly, I’ve sustained an 80-pound weight loss through lifestyle change - hardly recognizing the toned, vibrant warrior staring back. In rebuilding, I discovered my purpose: helping everyday people unleash their inner hero to win their fitness battles. 

As an ISSA certified trainer who has been in those muddy trenches himself, I want to be your expert for achieving empowerment. Whether your goal is dropping pounds, gaining strength, marathon training, or living boldly - I’ve got you. 

I’ll provide unrelenting accountability, warrior mindset tips and an uplifting Legion around you. We’ll transform limitations into stepping stones, conquering obstacles through grit and community.
